Company Background

My Fintech client is an established SaaS platform built on a mature and rapidly expanding multi-sector network of creditors. Their high-volume data business has officially entered scale-up mode. To fuel this evolution, expand their market proposition, and deliver on an ambitious growth strategy, they are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join the executive leadership team.

About the Role

The CPO is a high-impact, dual-responsibility leadership position engineered for a strategic visionary who sits at the intersection of consumer advocacy and platform evolution in their B2BC FinTech ecosystem. This leader will not only run the operations that capture deep behavioural insights, user friction, and market demands, but will also possess the direct authority and responsibility to translate those insights directly into the core product platform roadmap. By merging CX data and cutting-edge artificial intelligence with product strategy, this role ensures that API capabilities, white-label interfaces, and embedded financial features are inherently user-centric, secure, and commercially scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Product Direction & Roadmap Ownership
  • AI Integration & Tech Enablement
  • Dual-Layer Journey Architecture
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC) & Data-Driven Insights
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Compliance

Qualifications

Experience

8+ years of professional experience cross-spanning Product Management, Customer Success, and Service Operations—with a minimum of 5+ years strictly within FinTech, Data, or Embedded Finance. A bonus if worked in Product related Financial Wellbeing.

Required Skills

Proven experience deploying AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions within a customer experience or product framework (e.g., implementing smart virtual assistants, automated routing, or predictive analytics). Proven track record of hands-on, direct ownership over product roadmaps or major feature rollouts within a B2B2C, or multi-sided marketplace business model. 5+ years of people management experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., product managers, designers, support leads). Documented success scaling a digital platform through data-backed product delivery that directly reduced customer churn and increased transaction volume.
