Leadership & Client Management : Proven track record in senior management responsibilities across consulting, pre-sales, and solutions, with the ability to manage and influence senior (CXO) stakeholders and lead consulting teams in delivering strategic solutions. Industry Knowledge & Certifications : Deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, regulatory/compliance issues, and technical solutions (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Sapiens). Industry certifications (AINS, CPCU) preferred. IT & Operational Expertise : Strong background in IT services, operational improvement, global sourcing, and quality management. Familiarity with offshoring models and technology evaluation and deployment in the P&C domain. Strategic Thought Leadership : Ability to develop and present business transformation blueprints, drive thought leadership in the insurance industry, and contribute to the development of white papers, industry reports, and presentations at conferences. Business Development & Innovation : Skilled in building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving integrated solutions across the company to enhance client value and brand as a thought leader.
