You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
Applicants should have a strong background in dilapidations and internal refurbishment projects, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
