We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to join a well-established M&E contractor on a school project in Swinton. This is a short-term contract with an immediate requirement for a reliable and experienced tester to support the electrical installation team.
Scope of Works
- Testing and inspection of electrical installations
- Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (where required)
- Testing new installations
- Dead and live testing
- Assisting with commissioning activities
- Working alongside the installation team
- Ensuring all work complies with BS7671
Requirements
- Gold JIB Card
- 2391 / Test & Inspection Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous commercial testing experience
- Own testing equipment preferred (please specify when applying)
- Full PPE and own tools
- Valid DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one at your own cost (Essential)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
