Key Responsibilities
- Customer demand management for error correction and automated release management.
- Processing 3PL requests for collaboration and issue resolution with third-party logistics providers (SAP access and email communication required).
- Outbound shipment management, ensuring shipment alignment with ATD schedules (logistics provider, shipping line, and port system access).
- Invoice registration and inbound processing for eCommerce.
- BL guideline and logistics cost management, compliance with international shipping and billing standards.
- Logistics quote requests for logistics cost calculation and negotiation.
- Headquarters support and requests handling, collaboration and response to headquarters' requests.
- Backup and support tasks for emergency preparedness.
- Internal meetings for inter-departmental coordination and progress review.
- Meetings with logistics partners for collaboration and issue resolution.
- Aging inventory management for aging stock reporting and adjustments.
- Plastic Tax report preparation, compliance verification.
- Additional warehouse management for inventory reconciliation and invoicing for eCommerce warehouses.
- Monthly internal meetings for performance review and future planning.
- Utilising ERP, SAP, shipping line, logistics provider, shipping line, port system, and courier website to gather and leverage information.
- Vacation backup for employee vacation backup.
- Support on sales administrative tasks including Sales Orders Input for assigned brand.
- Closely monitor and track delivery status.
- Manage the Account creation and regular Product updates on SAP.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / other business discipline.
- Willing to learn, experience / knowledge in managing eCommerce platforms SCM is a definite advantage.
- Experienced in demand planning, inventory management, 3PL management is a plus.
- Strong analytic skills, number savvy.
- Experience in using ERP systems is a plus, high proficiency in Excel.
- Capable to work with HQ in different time zones.
