Lead Defect Engineer (m/f/d) Automotive
Your Tasks:
- managing the validation and quality assurance of the main Platform projects (i.e. planning, scheduling, resource allocation, completion on time etc.)
- managing validation activities (incl. external) by quantifying the output
- planning the activities and setting up test environment for a new projects
- creation and execution of a suitable test plan (test specifications, test cases, process & documentation)
- coordination of dedicated internal & external test resources (incl. contracting of externals)
- communication with customer(s) regarding project status
- taking responsibility for all relevant project milestone achievement and product quality
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer electronics or relative experience
- 5 years’ experience as a Defect Engineer in the automotive industry
- Strong experience in testing with tracking and reporting in a complex
- Experience in test management, requirement analysis and test-case design
- Experience in test preparation (e.g. harness preparation / ECU installation in test environment, flashing of ECUs)
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Very good English language skills
