Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
preparing customer quotations for new business
administration of change management activities
initiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliveries
checking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demands
Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.
preparing product/project presentations
supporting various customer negotiations and meetings
supporting demand management fulfilment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation.
monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI ´s
updating of relevant customer information
liaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests.
ensuring adequate and timely customer communication
managing unit prices & order conditions
Handling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ(Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam)
Your Expertise:
Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
If prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork.
Good analytical skills
Very good knowledge of Excel, Power point, and ERP systems
Basic economic & logistic knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and administrative tasks
Fluent in English
