The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and grow our Vertical End Customer Sales. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and driving solution-based sales directly with end customers in key vertical markets (e.g., Retail, Healthcare, Education, Corporate, Hospitality).
The BDM will be responsible for creating long-term value by identifying new client opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement with key decision-makers at the end-user level.
Your Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with key end customers within defined vertical markets.
- Drive new business opportunities by positioning LG Electronics’ solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on vertical growth and account acquisition.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce as the CRM.
- Deliver consultative solution selling with a focus on long-term partnerships and value creation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
- Develop strategic account plans for targeted vertical accounts.
- Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product management, etc.) to tailor solutions and proposals.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to support upselling, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with market trends, customer challenges, and competitive activities within targeted verticals.
- Provide customer and market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Skills, Education & Experience
- Proven track record in business development or enterprise account management.
- Relevant knowledge and experience in end user markets. Pro AV / Digital Signage industry, hotel/healthcare/leisure knowledge and sales-related experience preferred.
- Highly experienced in project development, management, and account management.
- Strong network and relationships within targeted verticals are highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to travel as required for customer meetings, events, and networking.
- Comfortable selling to high level decision makers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (C-level) in addition to consulting and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Professional Display Products, LED, Commercial TV, etc.
