The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive for our Home Entertainment (HE) product category to lead our outbound marketing activities in the UK. The HE category, divided into TV and Audio (AV), represents the majority of our business turnover, with outstanding, innovative, and award-winning products launched every year.

In this role, you will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that strengthen our brand and boost sales. As a creative and analytical thinker, you will work cross-functionally with our digital team, channel marketing team, sales team, product team, and HQ teams, managing projects to achieve business objectives.

Your ultimate goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our market-leading HE products, with a strong focus on the AV product category.



Your Role & Responsibilities

Brand and Product Marketing

  • Define the product marketing strategy approach and lead on local level.
  • Use of data and insights to base the product marketing strategy on.
  • Fully understand the products features, benefits and values and translate them into the product strategy
  • Ensure alignment to both the commercial and the brand objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring allocation is in line with the direction from the Product Directors and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the D2C team to support the growth of this key channel



New Product Launches

  • Coordinate new product launches based on the global HQ direction, localising it for the UK market
  • Liaise with Head office in Korea to understand HQ product strategy and translate for the local market into messaging packs and relevant content.
  • Lead the process including messaging, assets creation and go-to-market strategies based on data, market and competitor analysis.
  • Partner with Product Director, Sales Director, Head of Marketing and Senior Product Marketing Manager to align and achieve the one goal.



Marketing Campaign management

  • Plan and lead integrated campaigns to support the achievement of business targets
  • Work with relevant marketing members to own the communication materials for internal and external use
  • Have full accountability for the project, deadlines, and budgets including assets development, KPIs, reporting and post campaign analysis.
  • Ensure campaigns are in compliance with LGE UK guidelines
  • Use of data and insights to improve campaign performance
  • Ensure full alignment, synergy and integration between HQ campaigns and UK campaigns.



Partnerships Management

  • Collaborate with the Partnership Manager and partners to activate partnership opportunities to grow LG’s brand metrics and communications relevancy
  • Liaise with the HQ team and internal smart TV partnership manager to assess new opportunities and execute campaigns



Skills, Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years brand / product marketing experience
  • Experience of consumer goods product / brand marketing (desirable)
  • Strong project management experience & time management
  • Working as part of leading cross functional teams, collaboratively.
  • Well-versed in marketing strategies, with a track-record of successful launches, marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Good digital marketing experience
  • Experience of communicating and presenting data with an emphasis on the insight the data delivers
  • Good understanding of the UK retail landscape
