Provide administrative and coordination support for the company’s income tax filing process for Foreign Service Employees (FSEs). This position ensures accurate and timely collection, organization, and submission of required tax documents to the company’s CPA, facilitates communication among all parties, and assists with follow-up on tax-related inquiries from the IRS and state agencies.
Responsibilities
- Collect required income tax documents and supporting materials from Foreign Service Employees (FSEs) in a timely and organized manner.
- Review collected documents for completeness and accuracy before submission to the CPA.
- Coordinate with the CPA to ensure all necessary information is provided for tax preparation and filing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FSEs regarding tax document status, deadlines, and required actions.
- Communicate with the IRS and state tax authorities to follow up on inquiries or notices related to current and prior-year tax returns.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and tax-related information.
- Other administrative projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $50,000 — $55,000 USD
