Our R&D Lab in Lincolnshire, Illinois is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Product Manager, AI. This can be a hybrid position. The Sr. Product Manager, AI will lead the development and execution of AI-powered products tailored for the hospitality industry. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that enhance guest experiences, optimize hotel operations, and drive revenue through the intelligent application of AI technologies while leveraging LG’s industry-leading ProCentric platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven hospitality solutions (e.g., personalized guest experiences, smart room automation, product quality control and self-healing, auto-provisioning, etc.)
• Build strategic partnerships to bring AI solutions into LG’s commercial product tech stack.
• Work with Customer Experience team to create and manage the solution roadmap for our offerings, including feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap based on market feedback, customer insights, and technology advancements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate product direction, and build strong relationships.
• Effectively communicate solution plans, updates, and performance to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, launch, and post-launch iterations.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating with engineering teams, setting realistic milestones, and mitigating risks.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies such as the latest LLM (Large Language Models) in the AI domain.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for product differentiation.

Education/Experience We’d Like You to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI application.
• Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of complex technical products.
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their capabilities/limitations: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Grok, etc.
• Proven experience building AI or ML-enabled products; familiarity with technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to design a system architecture that can seamlessly integrate into existing customer infrastructure while solving business problems.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric product development principles.
• Experience in gathering customer feedback, conducting user research, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product value.

Please Note: in addition to the salary ranges provided below, we also offer an annual performance bonus. Salary range: $125,000 — $164,000 USD.
