THE OPPORTUNITY
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Guide office guests through sign-in & sign-out process; manage records of visitor logs; issue visitor ID and temporary ID cards.
- Answer guests’ and employees’ questions or forward them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Process invoices for payment in the company’s system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate vendor registration processes, ensuring all required forms and documentation are completed accurately.
- Follow up with vendors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain updated records.
- Support Ad-hoc duties: Perform other tasks assigned by management.
