We are seeking a Product Manager, Cloud Platform to lead cloud architecture and platform strategy for LG Commercial Displays (B2B only), focused on the Pro:Centric Platform. This role owns scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud services while identifying new service and revenue opportunities across LG’s footprint. Experience with monetization services (upsell, loyalty/micro‑spend, transactions) is a plus. You will work with LG HQ, Lincolnshire engineering, and partners to build a future‑proof, cloud‑native platform across industries including hospitality, cruise, fitness, retail, and more.

Performance: Optimize reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

AI/ML: Apply AI/ML pragmatically for business impact, not experimentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product with cloud/platform architecture focus.
  • Experience with cloud‑native systems and SaaS/multi‑tenant platforms.
  • Hands‑on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar integration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to make business‑driven technical decisions.
  • Experience building strategic/technical partnerships.
  • Strong communication across technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CTV, hospitality, or enterprise display platforms.
  • Knowledge of CDNs, streaming/video, or IoT/device platforms.
  • Familiarity with monetization services/integrations.
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR (or similar).
