We're looking for a Distribution Analyst to lead on CRM & insights to support the continued growth of our Private Markets business. This role combines Salesforce ownership, sales pipeline management, client intelligence and commercial insights to help our distribution teams build stronger client relationships and identify new opportunities. Working closely with sales, client relationship, product and investment teams, you'll play a key role in turning CRM data into actionable client and market insights, improving sales effectiveness and supporting strategic business growth. You’ll play a key role in turning data into actionable insights, managing sales pipelines, and enhancing how we engage with clients and consultants. Alongside this, you’ll help drive efficiencies through improved processes and the use of emerging technologies, including AI.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the Private Markets distribution team, driving best practice, data quality and user adoption
- Owning and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities, client activity and reporting remain accurate and meaningful
- Producing client, consultant and market insights that help shape distribution strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Developing Salesforce dashboards and reporting that provide actionable intelligence to sales and relationship teams
- Supporting client targeting, engagement planning and business development activity through CRM-driven insights
- Preparing briefing materials, client profiles and meeting packs for senior stakeholders and client‑facing teams
- Partnering with Product, Investment and Distribution teams to improve how client and opportunity data is captured and utilised
- Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and enhance decision‑making through digital tools and AI‑enabled solutions
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a sales, distribution, client strategy or commercial insights environment
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, opportunity management and CRM reporting
- Experience generating client, consultant or market insights that support business development activity
- Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for sales and relationship management teams
- Understanding of institutional investment management, private markets or broader financial services
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior sales or client‑facing professionals
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Interest in improving processes, leveraging technology and adopting AI‑enabled ways of working
