We are currently looking for confident, commercially minded and self-motivated individuals to join our growing face-to-face fundraising teams across Essex, Hertfordshire and the Thames Valley.

This role is particularly suited to:

  • Experienced face-to-face fundraisers
  • Utilities and telecoms sales professionals
  • Direct sales representatives

The Role:

As a Professional Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will represent leading Air Ambulance charities through door-to-door fundraising campaigns within local communities. Working within your local region, you will engage members of the public in professional conversations that inspire long-term monthly support for local life-saving services.

Earnings & Structure:

  • EMPLOYED: Basic salary circa £31,200; Realistic OTE £40k–£50k+; Pension after probation; 28 days holiday plus bank holidays; Incentives, competitions and referral bonuses
  • SELF-EMPLOYED: Realistic OTE £50k–£60k+; Uncapped earnings; Flexible scheduling; Incentives, competitions and referral bonuses
