The Role: We’re looking for a Machinist to join our factory team in Gillingham, working on the production and preparation of fire doors using specialist machinery.

  • Hours: Working onsite, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Contract: Self-employed for the first 3 months, with a clear pathway to a permanent position

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating and setting up machinery within a production environment
  • Assisting with the manufacture and preparation of fire doors
  • Working to technical specifications and production standards
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure compliance
  • Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
