Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Lettings Manager located in Durham. The Holiday Lettings Manager will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, liaising with estate agents, overseeing property management tasks, providing excellent customer service, and handling lettings-related activities. Daily tasks will include coordinating with property owners and tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Lettings
• Knowledge of Estate Agents and Property Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management are beneficial
