We have experienced significant growth over the last two years, and we expect this to continue. As a result, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Operative (Nights).

Job Purpose:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the sortation of orders within our supply chain, reporting to the Sortation/Warehouse Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking for missing items
  • Moving orders through our Ashby de la Zouch facility
  • Picking and packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensuring new stock has been checked against supporting advice/delivery notes
  • To check goods for damage or mislabelling
  • Ensuring new stock has been put away upon completion of relevant documents
  • Relocate stock
  • Picking product upon receipt of customer orders
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy and passageways are clear of potential hazards
  • Ensure that they abide by all Health & Safety Regulations

Schedule:

This is a night shift role working 20 hours per week. Typical start and finish times may vary between 19:00–03:00 or 20:00–04:00, depending on business needs. Flexibility is essential for this position, and exact hours can be discussed with the hiring manager.

Work Location:

Ashby-de-la-Zouch Depot (please note: we will be relocating to a new site in Swadlincote shortly).

Qualifications:

  • Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is preferred but not essential
