We are looking for a

Quality & Compliance Assistant(3-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to support the ongoing management and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with MHRA and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is passionate about quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in helping the business maintain the highest levels of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Role Details

  • Temporary 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Starting times between 8:00am and 9:00am
  • 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality & Compliance Administration
  • Record and manage complaints, deviations, and non-conformances.
  • Prepare documentation to support Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) investigations.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and the preparation of CAPA reports.
  • Produce effectiveness review reports to evaluate implemented corrective actions.
  • Issue reassessment forms and compliance-related documentation to employees.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Compile and analyse daily and weekly temperature monitoring data.
  • Produce temperature trace reports for vehicles when required.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and electronic filing systems.
  • Support management reporting through data collection and analysis.
  • Equipment & Facilities Compliance
  • Schedule and carry out temperature mapping and verification activities across vehicles and warehouse facilities.
  • Configure, download, analyse, and report on temperature monitoring data.
  • Ensure critical warehouse equipment is serviced in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
  • Obtain and maintain records of servicing and calibration documentation.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain training records and coordinate refresher training requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance projects.
  • Undertake other duties as reasonably requested by management.

  • Previous experience in a quality, compliance, logistics, warehouse, or operational support role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Confident IT user with good computer literacy.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of MHRA and GDP requirements.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, or warehouse environments.
