LF&E is seeking an ambitious Depot Supervisor to lead a multi-drop pharmaceutical delivery team for the Basildon depot. You will oversee daily dispatch, route planning, and safety compliance, while driving a culture of excellent customer service and operational excellence.
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage rotas, recruit and train staff, and ensure timely, safe delivery of medications across the UK. The position is 45 hours per week, with 5–6 days and early start times.
