An established and growing London-based LLP is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor at Partner level during a key development phase of the department. This is a strategic appointment for a senior lawyer who is confident managing matters independently from instruction through to completion, capable of providing operational stability, and interested in contributing to the structured growth of a residential property practice within an LLP framework.
The role is initially structured on a guaranteed monthly draw basis, reflecting a transitional growth phase of the department. Following a formal review period, the structure may evolve into a longer-term performance-based or enhanced participation model, subject to departmental performance and mutual alignment.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Be fully competent in handling freehold and leasehold transactions independently
- Demonstrate sound risk management and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Possess leadership capability and the confidence to supervise support staff
- Show commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- An existing client following would be advantageous but is not essential at this stage.
This appointment is offered at Partner level within an LLP structure and is not a traditional salaried employment role. The firm offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the department.
All enquiries will be treated in strict confidence. Please apply with CV and covering note.
