Overview
Retail Sales Advisor, Williamson Square Store β join the Liverpool FC team at the Williamson Square Store.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who we are looking for
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role and demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important to deliver excellent customer service and work well as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our Williamson Square Store.
