About The Role
Liverpool Football Club is currently recruiting Casual Hospitality Hosts for our external venues on match days throughout the season. As a Casual Hospitality Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests at various off-site venues, including hotels and restaurants.
What will you be doing in the role?
- Greeting and welcoming match day guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Directing and escorting guests to their tables.
- Checking tickets and ensuring smooth transitions to seating.
- Assisting with guest inquiries and alerting management to any issues during service.
We Are Looking For People Who
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are comfortable interacting with guests in a friendly yet professional manner.
- Have previous front-of-house experience or a similar customer-facing role.
- Can start at least 7 hours prior to kick-off due to the nature of the role.
- Are over 18, due to the nature of the role.
A strict dress code applies (all uniform will be provided). Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to take on additional Casual Host roles based at Anfield Stadium if the external venues are not in use.
Position Details
