- Takes initiative to solve problems/suggest or work through improvements and upgrades.
- Prioritises tasks and assignments jointly with facilities supervisor.

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience with facilities maintenance, with a background in HVAC, plumbing, boilers, water and/or waste treatment.
- Additional experience in farm maintenance a plus.

- Specialised technical schooling, formal apprenticeship or on-the-job training beyond high school preferred.
