Our clients are looking for a skilled Labourer with experience in construction or a similar environment to support installation teams working on various sites, primarily in and around London. This role involves hands-on site work, including deliveries, general labouring duties, and assisting installation teams. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires both day and night shifts and occasional overnight stays (accommodation provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Accepting and sorting deliveries to ensure materials are in the correct work areas.
- Supporting installation teams with site preparation and general labouring tasks.
- Assisting with the setup and organisation of tools and equipment for installation work.
- Working on various sites, including in and around London, with flexibility for day, night and twilight shifts.
- Troubleshooting and helping to resolve daily on-site challenges.
- Ensuring PPE is adequate and arranging replacements when necessary.
- Liaising with site teams, customers, and contractors as required.
- Occasionally assisting in the installation and commissioning of products.
