Our manufacturing client is looking for x4 Production Labourers to join their busy and expanding team. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on, physical work where full training is provided.
About The Role
This job is perfect for people from labouring, warehouse, construction, production or any hands-on background or anyone who simply likes practical work and wants to learn new skills. You'll be working in a practical, hands-on manufacturing setting. The team needs dependable individuals who are ready to get stuck in, pick up new skills, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Duties
- Hand assembly using basic tools (full training provided)
- Manual handling, lifting and moving parts (lifting equipment is provided)
- Working on your feet throughout the shift
- Completing simple paperwork
- Supporting the manufacturing team with day-to-day tasks
Required Skills
- Someone reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with manual work
- Keen to learn and pick up new skills
- Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is helpful but not essential
- Local to the Chichester area
