Introduction
The primary role of the Assembly & Test Technician is to support the engineering team with mechanical testing, assembly, and repair/build of the company's products to high specifications.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, preparing, and testing mechanical assemblies.
- Recording and processing test result data.
- Maintaining strict health and safety guidelines.
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or testing.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to read assembly and engineering drawings and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail.
- IT literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with composites, hydraulics, or 3D CAD is an advantage.
Hours: Day shift with flexible start and finish times.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000.
