Introduction

The primary role of the Assembly & Test Technician is to support the engineering team with mechanical testing, assembly, and repair/build of the company's products to high specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, preparing, and testing mechanical assemblies.
  • Recording and processing test result data.
  • Maintaining strict health and safety guidelines.

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or testing.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Ability to read assembly and engineering drawings and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • IT literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with composites, hydraulics, or 3D CAD is an advantage.

Hours: Day shift with flexible start and finish times.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000.
