We are now recruiting for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Designer specializing in menswear graphics for our London-based design team. This role will work alongside the Senior Designer and account manager. Please ensure you have the Right to Work in the UK before applying.

About The Role
The Designer role is varied, supporting all areas including menswear jersey design and assisting our in-house design team. Responsibilities include preparing for customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges with a focus on print and graphic design. Experience in shape design is a bonus but not essential. The business is fast-paced, requiring the candidate to be reactive, agile, resilient, and well-organized. Experience working for a supplier and with high street fashion retailers is preferred.
We are seeking a Designer who is:
- Experienced in high street fashion design across menswear
- Commercially aware of current trends, capable of developing the brand, and working with production to ensure products align with customer directives and deadlines
- An excellent communicator, comfortable working with colleagues, customers, factories, and third parties in the Far East and Europe
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Photoshop, Illustrator; 3D design skills are beneficial
- Capable of designing shapes and graphics with a focus on graphics
- Possesses garment technical knowledge and can generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in fashion design, business, or retail
