After a year of unprecedented commercial success, our Capital Allowances department is scaling, and we are looking to hire a Senior Capital Allowances Consultant to support the ongoing development of the service line. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most innovative Capital Allowances teams in the UK, where you will have the chance to progress professionally and work directly with an expanding client portfolio.
Our qualified Capital Allowances Consultants leverage their expertise to maximize cash-saving benefits for businesses. They work with diverse clients across various sectors, consulting on projects involving capital expenditure. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders, delivering reports, and providing advisory support to a growing client base.
- Preparing capital allowances reports on the purchase and development of commercial properties.
- Advising clients on contractual clauses for sale and purchase agreements or analyzing cost information for new developments or refurbishments.
- Surveying properties across sectors such as hotels, offices, hospitality, industrial, and leisure.
- Carrying out due diligence for property purchases.

- At least 2 years of Capital Allowances experience, ideally from practice, consultancy, or boutique firms.
- Having completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in one or more of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
- A desire to deliver exceptional client service and communicate effectively at the highest levels of an organization, supported by ongoing team development.
Training will be provided to develop and enhance your skills in these areas, building upon your core degree knowledge.
