Responsibilities

• After a year of unprecedented commercial success the Capital Allowances department is scaling; support the ongoing development of the service line.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reports and provide advisory support to a rapidly growing client portfolio.
• Prepare capital allowances reports for the purchase and development of commercial properties.
• Advise clients on contractual clauses for sale and purchase agreements and analyse cost information for new developments or refurbishments.
• Survey properties across a wide variety of sectors such as hotels, offices, hospitality, industrial and leisure.
• Carry out due diligence for property purchases.

Qualifications

• Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Accounting, Tax or Finance.
• Desire to deliver best‑in‑class client service and communicate confidently at the highest levels of an organisation.
