Are you a recent accounting graduate looking to launch your career in one of the most dynamic areas of tax? We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Tax Consultant to join our thriving Glasgow team. The Role

As a Graduate Tax Consultant, you'll learn all there is to know about R&D & Innovation Tax β€” working directly with clients to manage their R&D Tax Credit claims and advise on the financial aspects of their submissions. You'll collaborate closely with our technical consultants to prepare R&D Tax Credit claims for HMRC, building your expertise in a niche and fast-growing area of UK tax. From early in your career, you'll take ownership of a client portfolio, developing relationships with senior decision-makers and staying ahead of legislative and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Accounting & Finance (or related discipline) β€” 2:1 or above preferred
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Ambition to pursue professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA) β€” we'll support you
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence and engage with clients at all levels
  • UK Corporation Tax knowledge gained through your degree is a bonus; R&D Tax experience is not expected
