Are you a recent Engineering Graduate looking to launch your career in consulting? We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Engineering Consultant to join our thriving Glasgow team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic grounding in accounting and finance to real-world client work from day one, with a clear path for professional development.

The Role

As a Graduate Engineering Consultant, you'll learn all there is to know about R&D & Innovation Tax — working directly with clients to manage their R&D Tax Credit claims and advise on the technical aspects of their submissions. You'll collaborate closely with our Tax consultants to prepare R&D Tax Credit claims for HMRC, building your expertise in a niche and fast-growing area of UK Innovation. From early in your career, you'll take ownership of a client portfolio, developing relationships with senior decision-makers and staying ahead of legislative and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in an Engineering discipline 2:1 or above preferred
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Experience working in some kind of client facing role, ideally within corporate or technical environment preferred
