- Prospect for, engage & convert new business clients for Leyton UK to consult upon their Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including CFOs, tax directors, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities and ensuring that all sales activities are documented and tracked in the company's CRM system.
- Lead client presentations and proposals, communicating the value proposition of the company's services and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing feedback to the company's leadership team to inform business strategy and sales tactics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, reporting regularly on progress and forecasting future sales activity.
