Role Overview
In addition to providing comprehensive technical support, you will take on a specialist lead role focused on the development and administration of Microsoft 365 and the college’s outsourced intranet platform. This role is essential in supporting staff and students by ensuring seamless access to Microsoft 365 services and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly intranet content that enhances communication and productivity across the college.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support across all systems and applications.
- Lead the development and administration of Microsoft 365 and the college’s outsourced intranet platform.
- Ensure seamless access to Microsoft 365 services for staff and students.
- Maintain dynamic, user-friendly intranet content that enhances communication and productivity.
