I'm working with a leading and long-established manufacturer within the commercial interiors marketplace with a strong brand and an impressive product portfolio. Due to expansion and growth, my client is now recruiting for a new specification role to cover the North West of the UK with a focus on Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire. The focus of this position is to gain specifications through architects and designers to then hand over to the company’s commercial contractor team to manage through to project completion. Project sectors include office, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure and transportation.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out CPD’s with key specifiers
- Actively promoting product range through seminars, promotions and exhibitions
- Establishing comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and market trends
- Developing strategy to achieve territorial targets.
