My client based in Oxford requires a senior Infrastructure and cloud engineer for an initial on premise 3 days a week, 6 month contract. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructure and cloud services within the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft 365 (M365) services and Azure.
This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions while leading a team of professionals focused on solution delivery via server builds, cloud services, productivity tools, and development environments. The role requires expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and the ability to align these to support the organisation’s strategic objectives and principles.
You will be responsible for leading the design, deployment and management of infrastructure solutions based on MS technologies including (but not limited to) Azure, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, unified communications and security features. You should be available immediately and have live SC clearance.
