Leyland SDM specialises in paint, tools, plumbing, electrical, woodwork & DIY materials. We have 35 high street stores across London, supported by our central support team and distribution centre in Wembley. We are currently on an exciting journey and have some very ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivatedStore Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coaching a team of Customer Service Advisors and ensuring that the store operations run smoothly.
What key skills and experience are we looking for?
* Coach, motivate and train the Customer Service Advisors to provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor the performance of the Sales Advisors and provide feedback and coaching as required.
- Appetite to learn β Whether it\’s the products we sell, mixing paint, or our other in store services and procedures β the opportunities to learn will be endless!
- Previous customer facing experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor or similar – Whether in trade, retail or hospitality.
- Flexibility β Our stores are open 7 days a week, with opening times generally from 6:30am β 7pm with reduced hours at the weekends.
