As a Team Leader, you will support the Store Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. You will take responsibility for supervising colleagues, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities:
