Lexxola is a global women's eyewear brand based in London designing sunglasses, optical frames and accessories for city life. We’re a small, passionate team working between our London office and remote. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to execute Lexxola’s digital marketing activities and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, organised and excited to help grow the brand’s online presence and revenue through planning and performance optimisation.

The Role

  • Assist in building and maintaining the Lexxola marketing calendar, mapping product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Strategise and execute a plan to grow and retain email and SMS subscriber lists.
  • Help monitor monthly revenue performance against growth targets.
  • Utilising data to highlight opportunities and create achievable action plans.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Build and schedule weekly email campaigns on Klaviyo in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Develop list segmentation to improve the targeting of email campaigns.
  • Update and maintain automated email flows to ensure content and copy is current.
  • Create email and SMS campaigns for new product launches and promotions, optimised for click-through while maintaining brand tone of voice.
  • Monitor website pop-up forms and back-in-stock sign-ups, ensuring customers are re-engaged when products restock.
  • Proactive A/B testing to optimise Klaviyo metrics.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Manage META ad campaigns, including setting up new ads and refreshing creative.
  • Monitor ad performance and support budget scaling when appropriate.
  • Research the market to put forward creative ideas for new Ad testing.
  • Produce creative briefs for new AD content ahead of shoots.
  • Join bi-weekly check-ins with external META support to review performance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Complete and present a weekly marketing report using Shopify and platform data to spot trends and deliver actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Report on performance after key events such as product launches or sales.
  • Support monthly performance tracking against targets and previous periods.
  • Analyse product performance data to inform restock and buying decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing / e-commerce role within a fashion brand.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta ads platform.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Creative eye for content and online trends.
  • Exceptional organisation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and eager to learn attitude.
