As a sales administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers’ vehicle orders and all associated administration. Ideally with previous experience of sales administration, you’ll be keen to learn, highly organised, and passionate about customer service.

- Be a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to process customers’ vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements
- Complete pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise
- Liaise between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Manage stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales
- Provide appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management
- Work across teams, engaging with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate, helping to provide a seamless service to customers
- Extremely organised, with great attention to detail

- Strong people skills – you’re approachable and enjoy assisting colleagues
- Curious, keen to learn and apply your learning in helping customers and colleagues

Location of Centre
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)
- This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication
- Good level of general education – at least GCSE Maths and English
- IT and administrative skills
- Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required
