Jemca are currently offering a new opportunity as a Sales Transaction Controller to join our business based out of our Toyota Enfield dealership. As a Sales Transaction Controller, you will help look after the finance and insurance sales process from beginning to end. You will be 2nd facing customers and deal stacking daily while delivering excellent customer service. You will be working very closely with the General Sales Manager alongside supporting the Car Sales Executives. This role would suit an experienced Business/Transaction Manager looking to increase their OTE and knowledge on hybrid technology.
What We Need
- Understand the customer journey experience and build strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, ensuring they understand the options clearly
- Help coach and manage the team always leading from the front
- Work with customers in a friendly and open way to identify the most appropriate new/used vehicle, finance, warranty or insurance products
- Ensure the team follows the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards so all finance products that are sold meet the guidelines
- Manage sales and F&I performance in line with company requirements & KPI’s
- Carry out Sales Controller duties, i.e., managing the team, second facing and deal stacking
- Liaise with Sales Executives to ensure that the opportunity is available to discuss finance options with all customers
- Help 2nd face customer making sure we have met all their requirements
- Produce and explain finance quotes, using knowledge of the cost and margin of various funding options to maximise commission whilst also meeting customer needs
- Help stack the deal with the Sales Executive and ensure that the customer is fully satisfied
- Be on hand to cover Sales Manager responsibilities
Your Skills
- Have previous experience of working towards Finance and Insurance targets
- Proven track record in sales
- A clean, current driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have experience within the Automotive industry in sales
- Must be an experienced business/transaction Manager
- Have the drive to succeed
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Have previous experience of working in an FCA regulated environment and be FCA compliant
