Your Day:
- Carry out workshop tasks efficiently and safely, meeting customer requirements and maximizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Switch between Toyota Bournemouth and Lexus Poole, with reasonable notice; travel time considered and reduced productivity target applied.
- Follow brand and dealership processes, ensuring accurate clocking and allocation of parts to repair work before completion.
- Liaise with clients and create clear videos explaining work for transparency.
- Support the Front of House team and ensure write-ups are clear and accurate.
- Attend regular training to update technical skills.
- Maintain a clean, hazard‑free working environment.
- No Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation.
- Previous dealership experience.
- Highly skilled in fault diagnosis and MOT Tester qualification.
