£28,165 Basic Plus Monthly Bonus and Service Plan
Commission (OTE £40,165 Uncapped)

The Customer Service Advisor Role

Customers spend more time with the service department than sales, making this a key customer-facing role. You will be the connection to the brand and values, ensuring customer issues are resolved and expectations managed throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a central point of contact for customer care and vehicle support, collaborating with sales, parts, and technicians
• Understand service/repair requirements and guide customers to suitable aftersales packages
• Provide accurate estimates and schedule work accordingly
• Track and report issues affecting customer satisfaction or team targets
• Encourage the sale of Toyota parts and accessories
• Ensure opportunities for customer engagement are maximized by other teams
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

About You

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Flexible, proactive, and hardworking
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachable
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
• Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
