The Role
As Centre Principal, you’ll be more than a leader—you’ll be the visionary force behind the performance, culture, and customer experience at Toyota Preston. Your mission? To lead, coach, and develop our talented team, unlock business growth, and deliver industry-leading results across every department.
You’ll take full responsibility for:
* Achieving and exceeding commercial and customer-focused targets
* Driving new and used vehicle performance and maximising profitability
* Inspiring a high-performance culture centred on continuous improvement
* Developing strategic business plans in collaboration with our senior team and Toyota UK
This is a full-time position, with core hours Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis.
About You
You’re a motivational leader with a proven track record in dealership management and team development. You have a strong understanding of operational performance, exceptional customer focus, and a mindset rooted in progress and possibility.
You will also bring:

* A passion for innovation, quality, and achieving excellence
