We seek an ambitious individual to provide an exemplary handover experience to our customers, primarily based in Ware with flexibility to operate at other local branches.
The Role- Providing the highest level of customer service to all rental customers
- Ensuring accurate vehicle handovers and damage inspections for all hires
- Moving vehicles efficiently between sites
- Adhering to the company's insurance guidelines to minimize theft or damage risks
- Preparing vehicles for rental, including cleaning as advised by your line manager
- Performing additional duties as required by operational needs
- Full UK Driving Licence held for over 2 years
- Excellent, friendly customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites
- Previous customer service experience is preferred; full training will be provided.
