Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 per year

Snows Motor Group, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Toyota dealership in Exeter. The role involves acting as the primary contact for customers, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and inform customers about available products and services.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, documentation, and follow‑up systems.
- Give accurate estimates and notify customers promptly when work is complete.
- Approve warranty and goodwill submissions for accurate invoicing and cost control.
- Present accurate invoices to customers to secure payment in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor workshop progress and alert service reception of any delays or issues.
- Offer guidance on mechanical and diagnostic queries to technicians.
