Experienced Pricing & Commercial Strategy Manager - Digital Products needed ASAP to drive pricing performance and commercial growth across a global digital product portfolio.

You'll combine pricing strategy, commercial analysis and stakeholder influence to identify revenue opportunities, develop pricing frameworks and help regional teams turn insight into action.

What you'll do:

  • Develop pricing and monetisation strategies that maximise revenue and customer value.
  • Lead pricing workstreams for new products and features, including willingness-to-pay analysis.
  • Build pricing models, frameworks, tools and governance.
  • Analyse commercial performance and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, Data & Insights and regional teams globally.
  • Build pricing capability through playbooks, coaching, training and best practice.
  • Support business cases, commercial planning and strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy or Commercial Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, monetisation and revenue optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience developing pricing recommendations and commercial business cases.
  • A customer-focused, evidence-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or business units is highly desirable.
  • Digital product, product launch or capability-building experience would be a plus.

Hybrid role. 2/3 days per week in Richmond upon Thames office non-negotiable.
