We are looking to hire a telesales executive at Lexon, the UK's largest independent pharmacy wholesaler (part of Bestway Healthcare UK). This is an onsite role based in Redditch. The position comes with excellent progression and development opportunities, with a starting salary of £25,480 + 6k OTE.

Main Responsibilities

  • Taking phone calls and placing orders for pharmacies
  • Calling pharmacies from a set call sheet
  • Upselling and promoting offers and new lines to pharmacies
  • Filling in pricelists for pharmacies at the beginning of the month
  • Providing stock support for key accounts
  • Providing fields sales reps with helpful info when requested
  • Monitor transactions and investigate irregular purchases
  • Help and investigate distribution complaints
  • Assist with product recalls

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a telephone based, customer facing role ideally as a telesales exec, customer service advisor or similar. You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build strong working relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders. IT literacy is essential as the role will involve working with internal systems and MS office regularly.
