Tasks and responsibilities:
- University degree in business, accounting and/or law
- Exposure to International Tax Planning and structuring
- Work experience in senior management positions in financial services industry (preferably with international exposure)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of operational efficiency issues and quality management and control matters
- Strong analytical skills with experience of cost/profitability analysis, preferably within the financial sector
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Set objectives, business plans and operational budgets for the branch office in line with overall Group goals; and ensuring to achieve the same
- Deliver a consistent engagement model across the key markets for the products and services of our client
- Analyze and help client organization work out a profitable solution for tax and compliance needs
- Market products locally and internationally in consultation with the senior management of our client
- Set specific operational goals and targets for staff members and teams and measure performance
- Ensure timely compliance with legal and corporate management requirements
- Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be agreed with the CEO and Management to accomplish specific Group projects
