LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior UX Researcher I to lead the team’s understanding of user behaviours and shape the UX Research strategy for a product line. You will apply a range of research methods, with a focus on facilitating in-person sessions, focus groups and workshops, while mentoring other researchers.
Collaborate with UX Designers, product managers, engineers and data scientists to ensure user feedback informs design and development.
